About Our Firm

We are a law firm, based in Oceanside, California. Our practice is exclusively limited to providing highly specialized asset protection legal services for clients throughout the country.

We engage in no business other than providing legal services. We don't sell financial products, insurance or investments. We don't sell books, tapes, packaged documents, seminars or videos. All of our work is legal work--advising clients on the law and developing the creative legal strategies necessary to accomplish the client's goals.

Robert J. Mintz, is a practicing attorney in California, and a nationally recognized expert with more than 20 years of experience in asset protection, estate and tax planning. Mr. Mintz is a member of the California Bar and has practiced law in Southern California since 1979. Mr Mintz received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1974. He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1978 and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M) from the Boston University School of Law in 1979.

Mr. Mintz has written extensively and taught in the areas of asset protection, tax and estate planning. He is the author of three popular and influential books on these subjects: Lawsuit Proof: Protecting Your Assets from Lawsuits and Claims (1991,1996); The Privacy Plan: How to Keep What You Own Secret From High-Tech Snoops Lawyers and Con-Men (1998); and Asset Protection for Physicians and High-Risk Business Owners (1999, 2003).

All of our legal work is performed exclusively by Mr. Mintz, in direct contact with the client at all times.
